Leigh graduates from basic military training

Air Force Airman 1st Class Kyle D. Leigh has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.
Leigh is the son of Mary Degenstein of Van Slyck Avenue, Stanton, N.D., and Bradley Leigh of Crystal Air Drive, South Lake Tahoe, Calif.
He completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills. Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Leigh is a 2009 graduate of Hazen High School, N.D. He earned an associate degree in 2011 from Bismarck State College, N.D.
