The League to Save Lake Tahoe will host its final milfoil removal project of the season on Sunday, Sept. 16, at Baldwin Beach.
Volunteers are needed to help from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to remove barriers and sandbags used to control the invasive water weed. The control effort is a joint project of the League, the U.S. Forest Service, and the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency.
Volunteers can pre-register by contacting Flavia Sordelet at 530-541-5388 or email@example.com.
