Crash on US 50 near Cave Rock cleared, traffic moving freely

A crash on U.S. 50 near Cave Rock has been cleared.

Nevada Highway Patrol reported that the wreck had been cleared about an hour after it first reported the crash via Twitter. Traffic is now moving freely in both directions, according to NHP.

A crash involving a shuttle bus is blocking the westbound lanes of U.S. 50 near Cave Rock, according to Nevada Highway Patrol.

Two people sustained non-life-threatening injuries, the patrol said in a tweet at 10 a.m.

Traffic is getting by on the eastbound side. NHP did not give an estimate for when the crash might be cleared.
