Nov. 3 election preliminary results: All precincts report, 1,000 mail-in ballots to be counted

The unofficial results as of 8 a.m. Wednesday morning reflect precinct results as well as early mail-in and absentee ballots. Roughly 1,000 mail-in and absentee ballots still have to be counted, said county recorder-clerk Bill Schultz. The county will release updated numbers on Friday, but officials have 28 days from Thursday to certify the election.
