On the Hill: Heavenly's new snow delivers great runs

On the Hill, brought to you by the Tahoe Center for Orthopedics, brings you a video report showcasing Tahoe's ski conditions every day.

Breakdown: Mother Nature delivered 4 inches yesterday, which made for nice groomed runs today, and some soft stashes on the side of the runs. A little tracked out on the sides but still nice and soft. Check the wind status before you head up, since high winds could affect lift operation later in the day.

Join Tahoe 'On the Hill' reporter Brian Hamilton at Heavenly.

Heavenly official report: 4” in past 24 hours.

Field report: 4” fell yesterday and left nice groomed conditions today. Some soft stashes, but mostly tracked out from yesterday.

Weather: Sunny and in the 20s this morning. The predicted high is 33 today. There is a potential for high winds in the afternoon.

Liftline status: Crowded at the gondola this morning, but once again no lines once you’re up here!

Snowcast: No new snow is forecasted for at least a week.
