Residents allowed to view damage today

South Lake Tahoe residents and their insurance adjustors are getting an hour to visit what’s left of their homes this morning, according to the City of South Lake Tahoe.

Residents of Aberdeen Circle, Angora Ridge Road, Deveron Way, Dundee Circle, Glenmore way, Heather Circle, Highlands Drive, Tartan Way, Uplands Way, Tahoe Mountain Road, Boulder Mountain Court, Boulder Mountain Road, Brush Road, Cone Road, Forest Mountain Drive, Granite Mountain Circle, Iron Mountain Circle are being allowed to re-enter this morning from 8 a.m. to noon. Residents will enter Lake Tahoe Boulevard from the Y and must show proof of address and identification.

Residents of Cliff Road, Mount Rainier Drive, Pyramid Circle, Pyramid Court, Snow Mountain Drive, Little Mountain Lane, Mountain Pass Lane, Mt. Diablo Circle, Mount Olympia Circle, Mount Shasta Circle, North Upper Truckee may enter from North Upper Truckee from Highway 50 between 8 a.m. and noon.

Residents of Angora Creek Road, Elk Point Drive, Lookout Point Circle, Mule Deer Circle, Lake Tahoe Boulevard, Angora Creek Drive, Coyote Ridge Circle, Eagle Lane, View Circle, Clear View Drive, Dixie Mountain Drive, Frontier Road, Mountain Trout Drive, Mountain Meadow Drive will be allowed in through Lake Tahoe Boulevard at the Y from 1 to 5 p.m. today.
