Schue named Tribune Publisher
September 2, 2014
Natasha Schue has been named publisher of the Tahoe Daily Tribune. She has been employed at the Tribune for the past six years, most recently as its advertising sales manager.
Schue is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where she earned a degree in English and communications and began her sales career in the Sacramento area. Her husband, Ryan — a born and raised Tahoe-native — is what ultimately brought her up to the area, where they now reside in Meyers. She and her husband have a 2-year-old son, Ethan.
She recently completed the Tahoe Chamber of Commerce Leadership program and is a member of Soroptimist International of South Lake Tahoe.
“South Lake Tahoe has become my home and I am incredibly fortunate to be in a position where I can contribute back to the health and future of this special place. My goal is to continue providing vital information to our readers as well as savvy marketing solutions for our advertising partners.”
“I’m delighted Natasha has accepted the position as publisher of the TDT,” Mark Raymond, group manager for the Sierra Nevada Media Group said. “She is committed to the success of the community as well as to the success of our enterprise. I believe the community will be very well served by her continued involvement and leadership.”
Raymond, who has served as publisher of the Tribune, will continue in his role as Group Manager and publisher of the Nevada Appeal in Carson City.
