Shoreline Cafe helps wildlife

Tahoe Daily Tribune

Shoreline Cafe will host a Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care night on May 19. A percentage of the dinner proceeds will be donated to the non-profit organization in the care of orphaned and injured wild birds and animals. This year, LTWC is celebrating its 25th anniversary and Steve Brandt, Shoreline Cafe owner, wanted to do his part to help LTWC’s fund-raising efforts.

The evening officially kicks off at 6:00 p.m. and LTWC board members will be available to answer questions, hand out brochures and show a continuous slide show of some of the 15,000 birds and animals they have cared for over the past quarter of a century.

Why not have a wonderful dinner and help a worthy cause at the same time. For further information contact LTWC at (530) 577-CARE — that’s 577-2273!
