Singing program on tap at Valhalla

A program of Irish songs and stories will be presented at 2 p.m. March 16 at Valhalla Grand Hall, Tallac Historic Site.

The program is presented by the Tahoe Tallac Association, a nonprofit organization providing cultural arts to the Lake Tahoe community.

An afternoon of Irish humor, stories, dance, traditional music and Irish toasts and blessings will be performed by Robin Aurelius and Mary Lynne McGrath, hosts and founders of Sacramento Storytelling Guild. The couple is known as “Stories and Music Live” and their sound is a fusion of storytelling and traditional music with rich, personal, expressive lyrics.



Tickets are $10 each and will be sold in advance with credit card only. Extra time should be allowed to purchase tickets at the door. Any child purchasing a $10 ticket may bring one adult free. Popcorn and Lime-Aide will be available for purchase.E
