South Tahoe High School receives donation from Kiwanis Club

Kiwanis Club of Lake Tahoe recently presented a check for $7,239 to South Tahoe High School Prinicpal Ivone Larson as part of its committment to purchasing one of the football field lights.

Friday Night Lights began two years ago as a partnership between the school district and community to bring stadium improvements and night football to Viking Bowl. The funds were raised from several Kiwanis events and granted from Kiwanis CalNevHa District.
