Practice runs are scheduled for Saturday and slalom racing begins at 10 a.m. Sunday for boys and girls ages 7 to 15.

The public is invited to watch as 400 skiers and snowboarders are expected to compete.

Sierra will be represented by 32 All-Stars, according to local Buddy Werner director Rob Miller.

“It gets a little serious at the end of the season. The kids are competitive,” Miller said.
