Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society has selected Christina Marie Richardson for membership in the local chapter at the University of Nevada, Reno.

The daughter of Steve and Bonnie Richardson of Stateline, Richardson is a 2006 graduate of George Whittell High School. She is a student at UNR, where she is majoring in international businesses, foreign languages and Spanish literature, and expects to graduate in December 2010.

Richardson plans to study abroad in Spain this fall in the intensive Spanish program.
