Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care will conduct its 24th annual training seminar May 31 and June 1. The seminar will be titled ” Care of Orphaned and Injured Wild Birds and Animals.”

Executive Director Cheryl Millham, founder of the nonprofit organization, will conduct the training session focused on the three R’s of wildlife care — Raise, Rehabilitate and Release. Persons interested in becoming an active part of the volunteer organization are required to take this course as a prerequisite.

Class fee is $50 for adults, 16 years of age and older. Advance registration is a must due to the limited size of the training facility.
