Faith Factor | Fire up your spirit with Potter’s Field Ministries performance

TRUCKEE, Calif. — Calvary Chapel in Truckee invites you to a Potter’s Field Ministries event, featuring Michael and Pam Rozell, on Wednesday, Oct. 23, 7 p.m. at the Truckee High School Auditorium.

The Rozell’s present a dramatic and musical presentation that expresses a vivid illustration of the relationship that mankind has with God, the “master potter,” and us as the clay.

“It has been 2,600 years since God first instructed the prophet, Jeremiah, to go to the potter’s house to receive this message,” said Potter’s Field Ministries own modern-day potter and evangelist, Pastor Michael Rozell. “The relationship of the potter to the clay is still applicable today. It is a message that is all too often lost in our industrialized society.”

Michael’s skills, visually communicating as a potter with his wheel and clay, harmonize beautifully with his wife, Pam’s gifts, who is a singer/songwriter. Together, they create a unique audio/visual demonstration of God’s love and enduring concern for His creation.

The Rozells’s presentation is a living parable that weaves testimony with songs, interspersed with humorous stories and poignant vignettes which brings to life the ancient truths of the Bible.

Potter’s Field Ministries was formed in 1992, when Michael and Pam willingly left their successful careers to commit themselves to full time ministry. Michael was a regional marketing director for a Wall Street firm and Pam a former Miss Georgia and Broadway performer in “42nd Street,” as well as a headline entertainer on seven major cruise lines.

They have never looked back, as they press onward on their mission to spread the Gospel to all the world.

Currently, the Rozells’s travel for six months of the year and minister in churches in more than 100 services and special events across the United States and abroad.

Potter’s Field Ministries has been featured on numerous national and regional television programs including The 700 Club. They have also co-labored with the World Relief Organization, World Vision sponsoring close to 20,000 children. They now have a ministry to the orphaned and hungry children of the world with Potter’s Field Kids Programs.

Pam has recorded nine solo albums: “Let All The Earth Hear His Voice,” “On The Potter’s Wheel,” “Living Water,” “Quiero Alabarte,” a Spanish album inspired by the Potter’s Field Kids in Central America to name a few. Her latest release is “The 20th Anniversary Collection.” She is also a featured artist on numerous praise albums across the country.

Michael’s evangelistic style, clever wit and humor, coupled with Pam’s contemporary inspirational vocals, will dramatically lead you into worship and powerfully and indelibly draw you into the grace, power and the presence of the Lord.
