TAHOE/TRUCKEE, Calif. — Join Women Empowering Women (WOW) for their first presentation of 2013. Holly Riley will share a near death experience encounter and the life-changing force it has had in her life, Monday, April 22, 10 a.m.-noon, For Goodness Sake at 10157 Donner Pass Road in downtown Truckee.
WOW members are certain her journey toward understanding and enlightenment will grab you. Suffering the effect of Crohn’s disease, a chronic inflammatory condition of the gastrointestinal tract, for years, and surrender became her only option. At this point, Holly had a near death experience. Through this experience, she became aware of a new truth and understood the mechanics behind her disease, giving the inspiration for her first book, “Allowing – a Portrait of Forgiving and Letting Life Love You.” Her latest collection of wisdom, “The Allowing Handbook,” provides simple strategies for manifesting goals and removing obstacles, and guides the reader toward self-realization and success.
Her journey is an example for how we can find peace on a rocky road and become engaged in our own healing.
Holly is co-founder of “For the Love of Kids,” and has served as director and trainer of this global initiative, not-for-profit organization. The most influential ingredient of her success is her passion for people to know how powerful they are. She currently resides in Reno, Nev., where she has also enjoyed a career in real estate, property investment and co-hosting a real estate television program.
