Moonwalker in the South Shore Room

The King of Pop may be gone, but Michael Jackson’s music lives on at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe.

Moonwalker — The Reflection of Michael, a tribute to Michael Jackson, plays in the casino’s South Shore Room Saturday.

Since it began in August 2009, the show has been seen by more than 150,000 people around the world, according to promotional materials for the show.

“Inspired by the biggest star to ever live, Moonwalker — The Reflection of Michael, takes the audience on a musical journey into Michael Jackson’s genius,” according to the materials. “Featuring live vocals, supported by an incredible cast of talented musicians, singers, and dancers our Michael Jackson stylists bring Jackson to life in an explosion of energetic perfection, with their voices, their looks and their dancing. Dazzling audiences worldwide, this touring production is the unprecedented leading live production show honoring the King of Pop.”

Moonwalker’s cast includes a Grammy Award winner, a multiple Gold Record-earning artist and performers who have toured with superstars like Celine Dion, George Benson, Christina Aguilera and Sister Sledge.
