A trio of chart-topping American country music artists will saddle up at South Shore this week when Brad Paisley, Chris Young and Lee Brice play a late summer show at Harveys Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena Friday.
Paisley has been rocking audiences since his 1999 debut, when he released a single with label Arista Nashville and appeared on the Grand Ole Opry. A bevy of awards and chart-ascending hits later, Paisley remains one of country music’s most prolific artists. His ninth studio album, “Wheelhouse” was released April 9 and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums music chart, his seventh album to do so.
Paisley has collaborated with Keith Urban, B.B. King, Dolly Parton, Carrie Underwood and a wide-ranging list of other artists. He performed at the White House in 2009 for “Country Music at the White House,” a celebration of the musical genre.
Country artists Chris Young and Lee Brice will also appear at the Harveys show. The 2006 winner of “Nashville Star,” a competitive reality TV show, Young has enjoyed several No. 1 hits on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs music chart. He will release his fourth studio album “A.M.” Sept. 17.
With songs like “A Woman Like You,” “Hard to Love” and “I Drive Your Truck,” country musician Lee Brice has been a fixture on country music charts since his 2007 debut. A successful songwriter as well as a performer, he has co-written songs for Tim McGraw, Garth Brooks and others.
