More than 60 professionals from Chase International completed a two-day luxury home marketing training course recently. The training was offered by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and is a step toward earning the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation.
The course covered topics as demographics of the affluent, tips for meeting service expectations, developing the competencies required to serve the upper tier, and lifestyle marketing. The institute bestows the designation internationally to sales professionals who meet the performance standards in the luxury residential market. The class was taught by Laurie Moore-Moore, founder of the Dallas-based institute and author of Rich Buyer, Rich Seller! The Real Estate Agents Guide to Marketing Luxury Homes.
“The goal is to help sales associates hone the special skills and competencies necessary to provide exceptional service in the fine homes and estates marketplace,” Moore-Moore said.
