Nevada Parks sets hearing for regulation changes

Nevada Division of State Parks is holding a Dec. 3 public hearing in Carson City for people who want to comment on regulation changes pertaining to permits, fees and commercial photography.

The hearing is scheduled for 3-5 p.m. at the Richard Bryan Building, 901 S. Stewart St. It will be held on the second floor in the Tahoe Hearing room.

People can comment at the hearing or send their comments, data, views or arguments in written form to Nevada Division of State Parks, 901 S. Stewart St., Suite 5005, Carson City, NV 89701. Written comments must be received by Dec. 3.

A copy of materials relating to the proposal may be obtained at the public hearing or by contacting the Nevada Division of State Parks headquarters in Carson City at 775-684-2770.
