On the Hill: Hitting Cat Track at Heavenly

On the Hill, brought to you by the Tahoe Center for Orthopedics, brings you a video report showcasing Tahoe's ski conditions every day.

Breakdown: Join Tahoe 'On the Hill' reporter Brian Hamilton for a run down Cat Track at Heavenly. Conditions have improved since last Friday’s video. Nice groomed runs are available for your enjoyment today. Mott Canyon and now Killebrew Canyon are both open for expert riding. Sky Express and North Bowl are on wind hold this morning. With Sky closed that means you can ski from NV to CA, but not the other way around. Winds are expected to calm throughout the day so these chairs should open later.

Heavenly official report: 0” in past 24 hours

Field report: same!

Weather: Sunny and currently 30 degrees. The predicted high today is 32 degrees.

Liftline status: No crowds and no lines.

Snowcast: No new snow is forecasted for the week.
