Calling all North Shore party enthusiasts: It’s time to get your dance on.

On Friday, March 3, the Tahoe Art Haus and Cinema in Tahoe City is where you want to be.

“Welcome to the Neon Lazer Utopia: where reality is shaped into a waterslide oasis of kaleidoscopic visual pleasure,” states a press release from Rambo Party Productions.

The company is teaming up with The Likquid Projekt in order to put on the party, which is known as Neon Lazer Utopia.

The event begins at 9 p.m. and will feature Australian turntablist Slynk, who now resides in Vancouver, British Columbia.

“Slynk is a music producer, mystical funk wizard, a highly trained turntablist and world-class party starter.

“His Shambhala sets are legendary,” continues the release.

Local DJ Lambchop and San Francisco-based artist Magellan will also play the event, which features an eclectic visual show comprised of lasers and neon visuals on the venue’s giant movie screen.

“Bright, kaleidoscopesque, pattern-heavy attire is strongly encouraged. We believe participants are an integral part of the art project party!” continues the release.

Tickets for the 21 and over party are available for $15, and go up to $20 on the day of the event. Visit http://www.facebook.com/rambopartyproductions to receive additional information and learn how to purchase tickets.

Tahoe Art Haus and Cinema is located at 475 N. Lake Tahoe Blvd. in Tahoe City.
