Get into the holiday spirit with the renowned Reno Santa Pub Crawl, which returns to the region for its 17th year on Saturday, Dec. 9.
Beginning at 7:30 p.m., attendees at least 21 years of age are invited to grab their festive cups (which serve as entry to the event and provide access to Santa drink specials) and get celebrating.
"Crawlers must wear appropriate attire! A complete Santa suit, Mrs. Claus suit, snowman, crown of thorns and loin cloth or some other festive decoration are not only part of the deal, but exceedingly fun!" states the event website.
"The point is to have fun and to make the holidays a great time!"
Approximately 50 locations throughout downtown Reno will be open for the event, and it's recommended that attendees attempt to hit all the spots — prizes are awarded for finding Santa's lost reindeer.
And be sure to keep Nipper's Tab in mind: "Santa opened a few secret tabs at participating bars! Anyone with a commemorative cup or VIP pass that says 'Put my drink on Nipper's tab' when ordering will get one drink worth $5 or less for free," continues the website.
