‘Chelsea Lately’ alum Heather McDonald to perform at Tahoe’s The Loft Theatre

Comedian Heather McDonald will bring her stand-up comedy to South Lake Tahoe’s The Loft Theatre this Sunday, July 3.
“Heather McDonald is one of the most in-demand and multi-faceted comedians today,” according to a press release for the show. “She most recently hosted TLC’s critically acclaimed foray into late night TV, the sex-themed round table talk-show ‘All About Sex.’ She just debuted her first Showtime special ‘I Don’t Mean To Brag,’ which achieved record ratings on the network and is currently streaming on Netflix.
“She gained a throng of loyal fans as a staff writer and for her regular roundtable appearances on E!’s top rated show ‘Chelsea Lately.’ She also starred in ‘After Lately,’ a mockumentary series on E! for three successful seasons. As a comedian and performer, Heather doesn’t hold back on anything. She continuously proves to master her craft as a comedian, impressionist, actress, story producer and best-selling author.”
McDonald has also been a regular collaborator with the Wayans Brothers, working as a writer on “White Chicks” and “Dance Flick.”
“Heather was a featured performer on ‘The Tonight Show with Jay Leno’ and has been a guest star on the hit television series’ ‘Frasier,’ ‘Malcolm in the Middle,’ ‘Reno 911′ and Nickelodeon’s ‘Drake and Josh,’” according to the release.
McDonald’s show is recommended for mature audiences only.
