Make a pumpkin pie martini for Halloween.

Whether you are going to a party of hanging out at home waiting for the knock-knock of trick-or-treaters, you will enjoy this festive martini. If you’d like a little extra garnish you can wet the rim of the martini glass and dip it into crushed graham cracker crumbs. Happy Halloween!

1 cup ice

3 ounces* vanilla vodka

1 ounce* crème de cacao

2/3 cup heavy cream

¼ cup pumpkin puree

2 tbsp. maple syrup

Pumpkin pie spice (for garnish)

Directions

Combine ice, vanilla vodka, crème de cacao, heavy cream, pumpkin puree and maple syrup in a martini shaker. Shake well until chilled. Strain and pour the cocktail into two martini glasses. Sprinkle with a dash of pumpkin pie spice and enjoy!

* I used a one ounce shot glass to measure out the alcohol.
