Forever Dance will present its annual recital, “Dream Big,” on Sunday, June 12, at the Montbleu Resort Casino & Spa Theater.
“This year’s show ‘Dream Big’ is going to be our most polished and entertaining to date,” said Joan Elias, Forever Dance’s artistic director/owner, in a statement. “We have split our recital into three separate shows, which will give our audiences a more enjoyable experience watching different levels of dancers perform excellent choreography.”
The matinee show will begin at 12:30 p.m. and feature Forever Dance’s younger dancers, as well as a selection of dances performed by their nationally ranked competitive team. The afternoon show will begin at 3 p.m. and feature their more experienced dancers, as well as a different assortment of their competitive team’s dances. A solo showcase with dancers ages 8-17 will take place at 5:30 p.m.
One ticket will be good for all three shows the day of the recital. Tickets are on sale now for $20 at both the Lake Tahoe Studio in Zephyr Cove and the Carson City Studio. Tickets will be $25 at the door. Forever Dance Lake Tahoe is located behind Safeway in Round Hill.
