‘Into the Mind’ double-header this weekend

An acclaimed ski film will get showings at both Homewood Mountain Resort and MontBleu Resort Casino & Spa this weekend.
“‘Into the Mind’ immerses you into the mind of the common skier as he attempts to climb and ski the ultimate mountain,” according to a release from Homewood. “This adventure film includes athletes Eric Hjorleifson, Rory Bushfield, Kye Petersen, JP Auclair and Ingrid Backstrom. Mark Abma, Johnny Collinson, and Chris Rubens are also in the film and will be at Homewood for the ‘Into the Mind’ premiere – greeting fans, answering questions and signing posters. The film has won the IF3 Film Festival Film of the Year, Best Edit, Best Cinematography, Best Big Mountain Film and Best Freeride Male Segment awards.”
If weather permits, the film will be screened outdoors at Homewood’s South Lodge, according to the release. In the event of foul weather, the premiere will move indoors.
Guests will also have the chance to enter to win an Eagle Pass Heli Ski vacation by posting a photo from any “Into the Mind” premiere on Instagram, according to the release. Photos of any “Into the Mind” Premiere on Instagram can win and the photo must be tagged with @eaglepassheliskiing @sherpascinema #intothemind #heliskiforfree to win.
