Oktoberfest just arrived at Lake Tahoe!

Fall celebrations of German culture, food and beer kick off with the Kiwanis Club of Tahoe Sierra’s 13th annual Septoberfest at MontBleu Resort Casino & Spa Thursday, Sept. 24.

The event will include a German buffet, beer garden, wine tasting, music, dancing, live auctions, prizes and stein-holding contests. The contests challenge competitors to hold a stein aloft longer than their counterparts.

Tickets to SeptOberfest are $40 and include a free beer mug while supplies last.

The event raises funds for the Kiwanis Club of Tahoe Sierra, which is dedicated to helping children in the community.
