Neil Diamond tribute band Friday at Harrah’s
Neil Diamond lovers are in for a treat to kick off the holiday weekend.
Super Diamond, a Neil Diamond tribute band, will perform all the favorites from the much loved pop icon at 8 p.m. Friday in Harrah’s South Shore Room.
Timeless classics include “Sweet Caroline,” “America,” “Cracklin’ Rosie,” “Cherry Cherry” “Song Sung Blue,” “Forever in Blue Jeans” and many more.
With a nod from Neil (the man himself), Super Diamond has been embraced by the long time Neil Diamond fan-base and also found huge popularity in the hip rock clubs of America.
Tickets are still available and range from $27-$36 plus taxes and fees.
George Thorogood & The Destroyers on stage Saturday at Bally’s
Who Do You Love? If the answer is George Thorogood & The Destroyers then you are in luck.
The longtime band that has sold more than 15 million albums and played more than 8,000 shows since they started in 1975, will be at Stateline this weekend.
The band will hit the stage at 8 p.m., Saturday, May 28, at Bally’s Lake Tahoe.
Tickets are available and range from $55-$65 plus taxes and fees.
George Thorogood & The Destroyers have performed at Live Aid and on Saturday Night live and have become mainstays of radio and stages worldwide for more than two generations and have no plans of retiring anytime soon..
“If you’re content, you may as well be dead,” Thorogood said in a news release. “I think everyone has thoughts about retiring, but the phone keeps ringing. ‘You want me and The Destroyers to come to your town, set up our gear, wear some badass clothes and play ‘Who Do You Love?’ End of conversation. Let’s rock!”
Andrew Santino’s Tito Cheeto Tour at Harrah’s
Tickets are selling fast for the Tito Cheeto Tour, featuring comedian, actor and podcaster Andrew Santino, this weekend at Stateline.
Santino will appear at 8 p.m. Saturday, May 28, in the South Shore Room at Harrah’s.
Santino stars in FX’s most-watched comedy series, Dave. He also co-hosts the podcast “Bad Friends” with comedian Bobby Lee, and he has a solo podcast, “Whiskey Ginger” – both combined accumulate upwards of a million downloads per week.
Steve Furey will open for Santino.
Tickets are $40-$45 plus tax and fees.
