Thousands of people tuned in for welterweight champion Tyron “The Chosen One” Woodley and top contender Stephen “Wonderboy” Thompson’s fight at UFC 205 in New York City three months ago. Now, the two are set to face off again.

“Woodley and Thompson’s first fight ended in a draw, so now the two welterweight rivals will meet again in the main event at UFC 209,” states the UFC website.

The two took turns dishing it out last November.

“When it came to damage done and near finishes, Woodley won that battle by a wide margin after battering Thompson in the opening round following an early takedown before opening up with a barrage of elbows and punches on the ground,” states the site.

Thompson held on and established quite the comeback in the latter half of the fight.

“The other three rounds saw Thompson use his pinpoint accuracy and diverse striking game to keep Woodley backing up as he racked up points on the scorecards with the three judges sitting cageside,” continues the website.

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino will host a viewing party for the competition, which takes place on Saturday, March 4. The establishment opens its doors to the venue, Vinyl, at 4 p.m. Tickets cost $15 and are available online through http://www.hardrockcasinolaketahoe.com.

Attendees must be at least 21 years old to attend the event, which also offers bottle service.

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is located at 50 U.S. 50 in Stateline.
