The doctor is in!
Hi everyone! Some of you know me as Doc Adam “the chiropractor,” and some of you know me as “the guy that teaches those SPINEFIT STICK YOGA classes.” For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Dr. Adam Spindler. I have been a doctor of chiropractic in South Lake Tahoe for 17 years and a personal and group fitness consultant for over 35 years.
I specialize in “Athletic Wellness.” What is that? In my experience, I have noticed that my fit patients get better faster and are also my “well” patients. My mission is to educate as many people as I can about the importance and wide-ranging benefits of exercise and regular chiropractic care.
Did you know that sitting is the new smoking? When you enter my clinic, instead of a waiting room filled with people sitting, we have a well-equipped functional training center. While waiting, most of my patients will practice the exercises they have been taught or will rest comfortably on a roller bed getting a gentle massage. Don’t worry … We have a couple chairs if you are more in the mood to enjoy a hot cup of coffee, read and relax.

SPECIAL EVENT: This coming Saturday, Oct. 14, from 9 a.m. – noon I will be on the gym floor at “Fit Evo” doing my “THE DOCTOR IS IN!” exercise and injury management workshop. I’ll be available to answer any of your questions and teach you some awesome exercises.
