4:25 p.m.: Clinton took Nevada, but Obama took Douglas County

As was the case with the majority of Nevada counties, Barack Obama won Douglas County with 50 percent of the vote.

Clinton followed with 42 percent, and John Edwards came in with 7 percent of the vote.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — California lifted regional stay-at-home orders across the state Monday in response to improving coronavirus conditions, returning the state to a system of county-by-county restrictions, state health officials announced.
