AARP offers driver safety class for seniors

An AARP Driver Safety class for senior drivers, sponsored by the Kahle Community Center, will be given from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on May 7 at 236 Kingsbury Grade.

Preregistration is required. Call the Center at 775-586-7271 to sign up.

A $12 class fee for AARP members ($14 for non-members), payable at the start of the class, covers the workbook and materials costs.

Irvine Phillips will be the instructor.

Those who complete the class should receive an auto insurance discount for three years.

Please bring a pen or pencil.
