An account has been opened at El Dorado Savings Bank in South Lake Tahoe to accept donations for Crystal Aguilar. Donations may be made to the account name of Todd M. Aguilar Sr. for Crystal Ann Aguilar.

An article regarding the Aguilar family and its medical problems was published on Page 3 of the Dec. 27 edition of the Tahoe Daily Tribune.

Crystal, 4, has suffered severe health problems since birth and has been hospitalized many times in her life.

She was born with a crushed aorta and a hole in her heart, which later was repaired. She has developmental disabilities, is small for her age and has problems speaking. Although Medi-Cal paid for most of Crystal’s medical bills, hefty partial bills still need to be paid.
