Angora information center hotline available

The Angora Joint Information Center opened Monday and will serve as the centralized point for Angora fire recovery information.

Initial operational hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The Local Assistance Center has closed, and accordingly, all informational inquiries should be directed to the JIC.

Officials from local, county, regional, state and federal governments are staffing the center and can provide information via the JIC hotline at (530) 573-3473. Inquiries may also be submitted via e-mail at angorarecovery@gmail.com.

Please visit the Angora JIC web site at http://www.edcgov.us/angora for updated information and to download forms pertinent to debris removal, clean-up and rebuilding.
