Annual Blue Gay-La Ski Week Jan. 23-27

The Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority is host to the second annual Blue Gay-La Ski Week Jan. 23-27 and has a week of headliner entertainment, apres parties, a pub crawl and, of course, skiing on tap.

” KC & The Sunshine Band performs Friday, Jan. 25 in Harrah’s South Shore Room followed by British ska band, The English Beat, at MontBleu Resort Casino and Spa.



” Comedians Paula Poundstone and Anthony “ANT” Kalloniatis will have the audience in stiches Saturday, Jan. 26 at MontBleu Resort Casino & Spa.

” The notorious “Queen of the Mountain Drag Races” returns to Heavenly Mountain Resort, Saturday, Jan. 26 from 1 – 2 p.m., challenging both men and women while dressed in drag to earn their personal best on this fun, intermediate course.



” Comedy Night at Harveys Improv, featuring Howie Nave, Chipper Lowell and Jason Stuart – Wednesday-Sunday, Jan. 23-27 at 9 p.m., 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Saturday.

” Chocolate and Martini Party at Opal Ultra Lounge inside MontBleu Resort Casino & Spa, featuring speed dating – Thursday, Jan. 24 from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.

” Blue World Pub Crawl, featuring Picchetti Winery, Tudor Pub and Hard Rock Cafe – Friday, Jan. 25 from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.

” GLOW After Party at BLU inside MontBleu Resort Casino & Spa, featuring top-rated DJ Chris Cox – Saturday, Jan. 26 beginning at 10 p.m., sponsored by the Bay Area’s Energy 92.7.

” A guided group snowmobile tour at Zephyr Cove Resort on Friday, Jan. 25 at 11:30 a.m.
