Apres now serving lunch and early supper

Apres Wine Company is now serving lunch, co-owner Barb Tenney announced this week. The lunch menu will be available Monday through Saturday from 12-4 p.m. at the store, 3668 Lake Tahoe Blvd., Suite G.
Starters include fig honey truffle butter and pita points, stuffed figs, and Greek cucumbers featuring a sweet pepper tapenade. Soup and salad selections feature gazpacho, a fennel orange salad and a Carprese salad. Sandwiches include a crab cake sandwich, a smoked salmon BLT and beef sliders served with gorgonzola and bacon, caramelized onions and brie, or sweet barbecue sauce and feta cheese. The menu also features a variety of panini and pita sandwiches, including vegetarian options.
There will be daily dessert features.
Prices range from $3.95 for starters to $14.95 for the crab cake sandwich.
