Art contest featured for Teen Read Week

The Douglas County Library is celebrating Teen Read Week with an art contest. Enter a drawing, photograph, or story with a fall theme. Bring the entry to the Minden or Zephyr Cove library Oct. 6 to 17. Winners will be announced at the Teen Mystery Party. Winners and honorable mentions in each category will receive candy. Entries will be posted on the library’s Facebook page and displayed in the teen area.

This event is sponsored by the Friends of the Douglas County Public Library. The library is located at 1625 Library Lane in Minden and 233 Warrior Way in Zephyr Cove. For information visit douglas.lib.nv.us, or call 775-782-9841.
