Art League presents program on photographing artwork for reproduction
The Tahoe Art League presents “The Art & Science of the Fine Art Capture,” at 7 p.m. March 7 at the South Lake Tahoe Senior Center, 3050 Lake Tahoe Blvd
Michael Nelson, owner of GRAfx 8 Media Group, will present a slideshow and Q & A session about what it takes to photograph artwork for reproduction or representation. He will share the science, technique and passion of the “capture.”
“There’s nothing more important after that last brush stroke or signature on your artwork than the photograph that represents it,” he said.
