Author to sign self-help sex book Saturday

Shanti Milan, author of “Get Ready, ‘Cause Here I Come,” will be signing the latest edition of her self-help sex book Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. at the Teaz ‘N’ Pleaz lingerie shop, 2759 Lake Tahoe Blvd., in South Lake Tahoe.
Milan will have another signing Saturday, from 4-6 p.m. at Sidestreet Boutique in the Village Center.
Milan, a 23-year resident of Lake Tahoe, has more than 35 years of experience in the health-care field as a nurse, as well as expertise in exercise, fitness and dance instruction.
The book is a down-to-earth self-help book explaining sex with a sense of humor and experience.
