Auxiliary hosting free blood pressure readings

Barton Hospital Auxiliary is offering twice-monthly blood pressure readings free of charge. The first Thursday of the month, the event is held at 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Attic, 970 Lodi Ave.

On the third Thursday, the readings will be held 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the South Lake Tahoe Senior Center, 3050 Lake Tahoe Blvd. Readings are provided by Vee Gay, R.N.

The next reading will be held Jan. 21 at the senior center.
