AVID program to host car wash
South Tahoe High School’s AVID program will host car washes Sunday and Sept. 29.
Students are hosting the car washes to raise money for a trip to visit colleges in Southern California. The car washes will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day at Tahoe Quik-Lube, 2513 Lake Tahoe Blvd. The AVID class of 2016 will run the fundraiser. Car washes are free, but students are hoping to collect enough donations to fund their trip.
