Babe Ruth fundraiser and tryouts
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – South Tahoe Babe Ruth will host it’s annual spaghetti fundraiser at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Tep’s Villa Roma.
Tickets are $15 and will go towards raising funds for the league.
Attendees can enjoy all you can eat spaghetti and salad bar. The event will also have door prizes and a silent auction.
Tickets can be purchased at the door.
The league will also hold its final tryouts for the 2011 season at 5:30 p.m. April 4 in the South Tahoe High School auditorium. Players can also sign up before the tryouts
Registration fees per child are $100 per child. Scholarships are offered.
Opening day is scheduled for May 8 at the South Tahoe Middle School field.
