DJ Bad Boy Bill, internationally known for his high energy, scratch heavy sets and productions, will grace the stage and spin for Lake Tahoe residents and visitors at the Opal Ultra Lounge inside the MontBleu Resort Casino & Spa on July 27 at midnight.

Recently voted “America’s Favorite House DJ” in 2006 by the readers of BPM Magazine (an award which he also won in 2003), Bad Boy Bill has released his first live mix album and concert DVD, “Behind The Decks LIVE.”

His reputation, built upon phenomenal club sets that incorporate extravagant visuals and live dance performances combined with his fierce turntable prowess led to the release of his first ever live performance audio and visual set which was filmed and recorded during Memorial Day weekend in 2006 at three of the nation’s premier nightclubs: The Church in Denver, Avalon in Hollywood and Crobar in Bill’s hometown of Chicago. The DVD includes more than two hours of exclusive multi-media content, behind the scenes features, exclusive visuals and interviews in addition to the live concert footage.

Bill started his DJ career as a teenager when he joined a DJ crew in his Chicago neighborhood and competed at DJ battles. Only a senior in high school, Bad Boy Bill started his own record label. He eventually became a household name on Chicago radio station B96 and distinguished himself from other DJs by using his “Bad Boy Bill” name.

Today, Bill spends most of his time producing tunes in the studio or out on the road, playing up to 150 gigs annually from New York, Chicago and Los Angeles to international hotspots including Peru, Columbia, Germany, England and Spain.
