The following incidents were selected from among those reported to area law enforcement and fire protection districts.

Thursday Feb. 7

8:34 a.m., 900 Ski Run Blvd., South Lake Tahoe — burglary. Unknown suspects broke into the Tahoe Queen and took 15 liquor bottles worth $20 each and four sweatshirts with a Hornblower Cruises logo, the South Lake Tahoe Police Department reported.

Friday Feb. 8

1:26 p.m., 2620 U.S. Highway 50, South Lake Tahoe — grand theft. Someone swiped a 12-horsepower Craftsmen snow thrower from the parking lot at 7-Eleven. The blower was left unsecured along the west side of the business. It was not working because of a problem with its carburetor. The crime occurred Friday sometime between 11:30 a.m. and noon.
