Wednesday Dec. 12

8:00 a.m., 202 Tramway Drive, Stateline, Nev. –Eburglary. A Christmas tree knocked over, video tapes on the ground and a missing safe that held $1,000 met employee Dawna Castro’s eyes at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, Douglas County Sheriff’s Department said. World Mark Office, a video store and gift shop that serves apartment complexes in the area, was found with its maintenance door open. An amount of $900 in petty cash was deposited in the safe two days earlier, deputies said.
