The following incidents were selected from among those reported to area law enforcement and fire protection districts.

Monday July 16

6:44 a.m., Keller Road, South Lake Tahoe – joyride. A 15-year-old boy driving at high speeds lost control and hit a guardrail. The South Lake Tahoe boy was not injured but he did get a ticket for being an unlicensed driver, police said.



11:27 a.m., Marjorie Street, South Lake Tahoe – sexual assault. A 30-year-old woman told police she was sexually assaulted while she was passed out drunk. She said she eventually woke up and stopped the attack. The woman said the assailant is an acquaintance whom she met at a bar. She said the assault occurred in a trailer park on Marjorie Street July 10 at 2:30 a.m.
