Blue Lake Aikido holds fundraiser

Enjoy an afternoon of fine wine, gourmet food, good friends, live music, a live auction and raffle at a fundraiser in celebration and support of Blue Lake Aikido’s growing juniors program.

This community event will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Lakeland Village Resort in their lakeside banquet facility. Dinner will be provided by Tep’s Villa Roma.

Tax-deductible donations of auction and raffle items are gratefully accepted. Tickets are a suggested donation of $25 per person.

Blue Lake Aikido is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to educating children and adults about nonviolent conflict resolution. Jen and Mark Dulyanai, the instructors, have shared the Art of Peace with hundreds of students over the past 15 years.

Classes are held Monday through Thursday in the dojo at 2660 Lake Tahoe Blvd.
