SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, South Lake Tahoe Flotilla 11-4 will offer a public boating education class this summer.

Classes will be offered from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 18, July 9 and Aug. 20 at the Tahoe Keys Marina Upstairs Conference Room, which is next door to the Fresh Ketch Restaurant.

This course satisfies the new Nevada Boating license requirement.

Students will receive the official “America’s Boating Course” illustrated book.

Registration is $15 per person. Children grade 6 and up are welcome.

The course is limited to first 20 students per session.
