Body conditioning at Kahle center

Douglas County Parks & Recreation Department, along with Rod Robison, want you to make commitment to yourself to take control of your fitness. No Frills, No Pills, – just training with the basic drill. Do the work, experience the thrills.

Join Rod for 60 minutes of intensity that will get your body firmer and more energetic. All classes are outdoors (weather permitting). All that is required is a desire to do the best you can. Classes are from 6:15 to 7:15 a.m. on Tuesday and Thursday, through 17. The cost is $49.
