These courses are led by professionals with years of businesses experience to share. Immediate registration is required at the college.

This hands-on workshop is designed to provide individuals with techniques to help them be more successful in their careers and personal lives. This course would be of benefit to anyone considering a career change or trying for a promotion within their organization by providing leadership tools. Instructor is Kris Parfitt, owner/consultant of Leadership Consulting with the Parfitt Group, who has extensive corporate training experience with companies such as Sun MicroSystems. Parfitt has a master’s degree in management with emphasis in organizational development and psychology.

This hands-on workshop is designed to provide business owners and managers with techniques they may use to establish or enhance their e-business efforts with the goal of using the Internet to maximize profits. Instructor is John Gomez, who has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Chico. He is director of informational technology at American Express and is responsible for strategic direction and management of the IT Consulting Team for the United States. He also is found and owner of a Promotional Marketing Company with clients including Mobile Oil and Chevron.
